I have done a fifty % water change, and levels were still really high, then another partial water change plus clean filter and gravel still can't get Nitrite under 3.0 plus I added salt. Scuba has cloudy eyes, velvety like patches around eyes, he's really not doing well.
Ammonia Level? ?
Nitrite Level? 3.0ppm
Nitrate level? 15ppm
Ph Level, (If possible,KH and GH and chloramines)?
Ph Level out of the Tap?
Tank size (How many Gals) and How long has it been running? 10gal for 2 months
What is the name and size of the filter/s? Aqua tech for 10-15gal
How often do you change the water and how much? as soon as nitrite ntrate levels read anything but ideal t
How many fish in the tank and their size? 3 one inch each
What kind of water additives or conditioners? water conditioner, waste away, stresszyme
Any medications added to the tank? Nox ich 10 drops
Add any new fish to the tank? no
What do you feed your fish? nutrafinmax
Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt", -yes on one of them
bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus? don't think so
Any unusual behavior like staying-
at the bottom, not eating, ect..? est everyday.- yes scuba is at the bottom not eating
Help! I think I'm going to lose him soon if I can't figure something out.
Thanks

To get nitrites down I suggest you do an immediate water change of 50%.You will have to keep doing water changes to get it down. Also adding API stress zyme and using will help mature your filter.Nitra-Zorb is also usful it is a filter media which removes nitrite. It sounds like your fish has white spot (ich). After water change I suggest salting your tank with aquarium salt aiming to get it up to 0.3% and getting a white spot treatment.Sooner you start treatment the better chance scuba has.The poor water quality has probably caused the outbreak of ich.

Scuba died lastnight, I finally figured out that after a really close inspection that he had hole in the head disease. By the time I figured it out it was really too late, I have never had a fish contract that before so it was completely new to me.
Will my other two fish contract it as well?

Yes its quite possible. Being overstocked the filter cant cope with the waste. You need to get a bigger tank and a filter that turns over 10 times the water in an hour with lots of media in it.
Bad water conditions is the main reason for hole in the head and you need to do lots of water changing until you can get a better filter for them.
How long have you had the fish?

I had Scuba for 6 months, unfortunately I went away and left my brother to feed him. I found out he fed them like three times a day. Anyway I had to change and clean the whole tank, the waste in the gravel was unbelievable. I feel so bad for not just putting a food rock in the tank. Usually the water qualty was perfect for atleast two weeks with Nitrite/Nitrate levels remaining less than .5. So I thought I would be safe leaving my brother to it, but he said they just always seemed so hungry!
Anyway Diver and Bubbles have signs of fin rot now. I'm treating them for Ich and Fungus now. What a calamity.
By the way levels are normal again.

Im losing all of them now, There are no signs of anything wrong on Diver and Bubbles, I went and got another type of medication today as the velvet ich treatment that I have been treating them with is not working.Well as I should have guessed since Scuba died. I don't think it's a fungus,
I got something for parasites but I think it's too late. I talked to 3 different "experts" and they all told me something different. Diver is down at the bottom on his side, Bubbles who is a pearscale is pretty lethargic.
I want to cry, I have worked so hard to keep them healthy, as well as trying to cure them. My son will be heart broken.
Bye the way Thank you Sandy and Blue for your help.

How Are Bubbles and Diver today?
The bubbles sometimes can show up after a huge water change, I had those in my tank while just for once I poured in the water directly instead of letting it sit out overnight. They went away after a few hours, with no ill effect. When was the last water change before those bubbles showed up?

I lost them all!
unfortunately I have no pictures of them. I was just getting ready to move them to a 20 gal tank in a couple of weeks. My son Ben who is 6, was really sad so we buried them in the back yard.
Anyway, we did go out and get two new fish. Another black Moore, and a calico telescope. I'm not sure about the moore though because in the store she / he looked perfect ,but at home with our lighting you can see little wholes in the top fin, is this okay?
Oh yah, the bubbles I found out were just from bubbles floating under the filter current.
sad.
