For my birthday, I decided to purchase a 29 gallon aquarium. I intend to bring together my two 5 gallon aquariums which each hold a few guppies (they insist on reproducing constantly) and an albino cory and a regular 4 inch algae eater. Once I set up my new tank, I wanted to add a larger breed of fish since I'll have more room, but I can't decide on the appropriate tank mate. I love angelfish but I heard they tend to eat guppies dry.gif . Gourmis seem good but they wouldn't be my fist choice (no reason in particular), but everything else seems uncolorful or small. Any suggestions? 406.gif

For a centre piece fish maybe a paradise fish? They are a member of the gourami/betta family and are beautifully coloured.
Do you want a shoal of fish as tetras are interesting to watch as well.

Those seem like very beautiful fish. What do you think about a rainbow or tiger barb?

maybe a lake kutubu rainbow for some nice color? They're peaceful and are a nice size without being too big.
