29 C is only about 84/85F. That is not that hot - actually not much to be concerned with. WArmer water holds less oxygen, so you should address that problem, however.
You can add extra air features - extra bubble bars or stones. You can place a fan blowing across the surface of the water. You can lower your water level just a bit so a water fall return on the filter splashes and agitates the water surface more. These will all help add more oxygen into the water.
Goldfish can and do live well in a wide range of temperatures. 29 is not even at the top of the scale. With proper oxygenation, your fish will be happy and healthy.
Some people like to freeze a bottle of water and drop it in the tank in the event of REALLY hot weather. (32C and over). You can also pour cooler water into the tank, but it will take a fair amount to lower the temp by more than a degree or two. Do not lower it too fast or dramatically, or you will stress your fish far more than the warmer temps do.
