ok a week ago i got a very large green ryukin and he has been in quarantine in a 30 gal for the last week. All the while he has been acting funny not swimming and he always seems to let his tail get stuck to the filter intake. the water params are good and it has been salted to .3% and i have been treating with melafix and medigold. now i know the intake is not to strong as i have had 2 inch tele's in their and they never got stuck and this is a 7 1/2 inch fish. I came home today and there is a hole in the dorsal and I have no explanations.
