Okay, so I'm new to having pets. Fabio, my common goldfish is my very first pet in the history of my life.
Just a few days ago, he has started to tilt to the side. Normally to the right.
Does mean he will pass away soon?

I don't know any of the Nitarate or whatever levels, but I do:
Change his Fish bowl water every two days since it gets foggy.
He does eat, but only when it comes to the bottom.
His waste is short.
He has ALWAYS stayed at the bottom, ever since I got him.
I give him Purified water from the Filter in my Kitchen Sink.
I feed him Fish Flakes, Premium Fish Flakes. It doesn't have color enhancer or anything.

Hi Maria Alexandra
We are having this discussion in the "leaning goldfish" topic, feel free to join us, it seems we aren't the only one with this problem. I'm having a tilting fish problem too, mine leans to the left!
Do you have a filter in your tank? I know changing the water too often might make him feel peculiar. I change a quarter of my tank water once a week.

Hi and welcome.
You need to have a look around and see if you can get something bigger to house your fish. A bowl is just going to build up in waste even if you were to clean it all out 3 times a day. He could be tilting over toward the light as goldies naturally keep their backs to the light.
If he is lying down then you need to get him into a bigger container with dechlorinated tap water as bottled water is not healthy for fish.
Filtration is really important too.

Just wanting to add that even if you are using purified water from your kitchen sink it may still have chlorine in it and like Sandy said may be missing some of the electrolytes and stuff that fish need to be healthy. You;d be better off using temperature matched tap water with a good dechlorinator added. And fish bowls are not good for goldfish at all, getting him into a tank asap-10 gallons minimum is very important. Good luck with your fish!
