Stupid question I know , but I was wondering if I aged my water overnite if the amonia in the water would disapate?

No, its a good question! As far as I know it doesn't. I think the only way Ammonia can be removed is through the Nitrification process or by the use of chemical resins and solutions. I think the only thing gained from aging water is the removel of chlorine and related gases. I don't know for certain, but that was my understanding of it smile.gif

I wouldnt think so either, otherwise it would also evapoate from the tank and we wouldnt need a filter! biggrin.gif
