I have:
1 x 5 inch fish
2 x 4 inch fish
1 x 3 inch fish
AND
20+ x 1.5 inch fry who are just at the stage where some of them are getting full coloration while others are still black. They are growing at a stupidly fast rate!!!
At the moment I am feeding them twice a day about 10 pinches of food each session. Small grain gold standard floating food. They seem to eat this up in about 10 seconds though which makes me wonder if I should feed them even more.....
Advice welcome. You can see pictures of my fish in this thread:

That is kind of hard to determine, Gorebash, since your fry have different feeding needs than the adult fish. Fry should be fed 3-6 times a day, depending on their size, and also where they are housed.
If they would be in a tank, where there isn't extra natural food available, I would go towards the higher end. In a pond, where there are other things in the water they could it, like tiny water flies, insects, algae material on the walls of the pond and such, less feeding is needed.
I would feed the adult fish their usual things like you are doing right now, but try to feed the fry extra. I know - the adults would go for that food as well, but if you basically crumble it into powdered form, its hard to get for the adults, but perfectly fine for the little guys.
