As many of you know my budget has been extremely tight and I could not afford a test kit. Well someone on this site mentioned that your local petsmart will meet their online prices for items. Well I fould that aquarium pharmaceuticals has a freshwater master test kit for $28 in the store. I found the same test kit on their website on sale for $13.49 . Wahooo. I could finally get a test kit. what you need to do is print out the webpage with the item , price and petsmart's name on it ( all of this has to be on the piece of paper you take in for them to honor the price) Then when you check out they call the manager and she uses a key she has to o.k. the online price and you get it for the online price. So I got my $28 aquarium pharmaceuticals master test kit for $14.00. Here is the the link to the page

If you scroll down the page you will see the master test kit is listed as number 3 at $13.99.
So now many of you who could not buy a test kit like me will be able to help their fish and get a kit. I was taking my water to the stores to test and moderators are correct when they say that the dipstick testing they use is not accurate.
