Beautiful 29 gallon dream fishtank, but I am a bit concerned, the teperature of the water stays consistantly between 60 and seventy degrees farenheit, (and only fluctuates in that range depending on whether or not the light in the hood is on. I am getting a heater for the rubbermaid hospital tank, but I am not so certain if I should for the 29 gallon

If i had the money i would buy 1 for the 29 also. It might be nicer to have consistent temperature in tank. And u never no a spare heater may come in handy. Just be sure to buy a good heater like a stealth heater by aquarium system.(i think) Whisper submersible heaters aren't too bad either (in my experience). Sure some are cheap but will probably break easier and youll have to spend more in the long run.

awsome thanks, If I get the 100 watt and add the hospital tanks to it when not in use? or do you think that would work or should I just purchase the 200 watt?

I think you should just get the 200 watt. Because there might be a chance you could spread the disease from the hospital tank to you 29gal.

I have a heater in all my tanks.I have a 300 watt heater in my 30 gallon.
