I have four filters rated at 100 galons per hour plus the aqua clear 200 on it well minus the filter on the hospital tank. Am I over filtering the water and how can I tell If I am causing a currnent issue. . .

I would say you are over filtering but really the more the better. You want filters that have lots of media in them rather than ones that have very little.
To see if you have too much current, watch your fish for a few hours and see if they have anywhere where they can just tread water and chill out. If they are constantly battling a current and always swimming then you will have to think about taking a couple of them off.

It seems like the current is mostly at the top, the tank is rather tall, and steven (comet that came with it) seems to have found spots to sleep. . . but hes pretty big, so I probably will have to wait till the little ones get better to check. . . thanks
