Any body ever come home to suddenly discover baby fish wriggling about? (if you have guppies) this happened to me this morning so I grabbed a small mesh plastic basket and streched a peice of pantyhose over it, hung it to the tank with garbage bag ties. . . that got me to thinking about all the possible uses for old pantyhose, you can put it over the intake to protect fry, and with the proper injenuity fashon a makeshift fish net, I bet you could even set up a divider with a coathanger.
(coathanger may only work if protected with airline tubing, to prevent rust. . . )

Awesome ideas! Hopefully I won't need to use anything like that soon, but it's definitely something to store away for once spring hits...
