Anyone had a food they know of or any home made conconction that will help fin growth?

Hmm that's interesting that you ask that! There are so many foods that promote wen growth. I don't really care so much for wens, but long finnage is something that I really like in a fish. How old are your fish Chris? I've noticed in the before and after thread that their fins grow a lot as they do.

Well, the fish I am talking about is about a year already. hes growing a bit, at first I thought hed be stunted. Anyways, his fins seem to grow in perportion with his body, so he looks the exact same as when I got him only at a bigger perportion
Attatched is a picture of him now. His fins just seem stubby to me.

Fin length increase are part of aging for a goldfish, so no you can't speed this up by food.

Spirilunia algae (not sure of the spelling) is supposed to be good at promoting color. You would want to look for a food that contains this as one of the main ingredients. Leafy greens or dried seaweed work as well.
