Just bought some of these sinking sticks as they claim to help prevent swimbladder,just wondered if anyone else had any experience of these as i cant find the sinking pro gold food reccomended on here.thanks&long live our fish friends ♥♥

Japanese Tetrafin and Hikari are good reliable fishfood makers. Can you explain sticks as I've only seen pellets and flakes..

I use that brand alternated with Hikari Lionhead. I think its a good quality food, the fish love it!
Tetra call them "sinking mini-sticks" to be honest they are just pellets, slightly thinner and slightly longer, but still small!

To be honest I don't think they are that expensive. Generally speaking you're always gonna pay slightly more for pellets rather than flakes and for sinking pellets rather than floating ones.
Tetra are a good quality brand, heavily marketed in the UK. Personally, I like Tetra gold Japan because of the sinking pellet element, but the ingrediants are basically the same as other higher quality goldfish foods

i have just moved to the city so i can finally get better fish food (dry) Fishies have grown from it. Norn i just feed em other stuff to make up for it such as tofu, bloodworms and different sorts of veggies and stuff
