GRR..am not a happy bunny! last night i was tellin my friend about how much i've got into fish keeping, and he offered me his spare tank, with stand, and everything else included for free and some of his baby platys coz they keep reproducing and he is sick of them!! so he called his mum to check if it was ok, and it turns out she already gave it all away a few months ago!
so close and yet so far!! lol.

i'll just have to keep on dreamin i guess, and maybe do some tank moving when i'm in my new house so i can make one a tropical. he said i can call him as soon as i want some babies.

Ooh a close one! That would have been a dream. Never mind, these offers do roll round again every once in a while. I often wonder what happens to all those tanks when people have lost fish and given up the hobby..there must be some out there sitting empty in attics and garages...

...just waiting for us to take them home!!!
