Am currently setting up marine tank.Which breeds of fish do not grow too large.Whats best type of salt to add to the tank. How difficult is it to care for them compared with tropical and coldwater.Whats best temp to keep the tank at that best suits marine fish.
Sorry for all the questions but am new to the marine fish world. As currently I keep coldwater and tropical.
Any help would be greatly received. smile.gif

Lots of good questions.... First let me ask what size tank are you setting up??? Do you plan on keeping corals, and inverts???? What kind of lighting and filtration are you planning on using???

Ok, now to answer your questions... There are lots of fish that don't get to large, basslets, chromis, damsels, wrasses, etc...I would need to know what kind of tank you are wanting to keep.... Reef, Fish only, Fish only with Live rock...

I don't know that I would call it more difficult but may be some what more challenging... laugh.gif Temps are 78-81.... There are lots of choices for salt...again depending on what you are wanting to keep.... Let us know!!!!

Anemonies are not for beginners I have learned that the hard way dont get them until your tank has been up for at least 2 years biggrin.gif
