I got a new camera today so i've decided to post new pics of my betta's. I also deicded that the bowl which Quin (Harlequin) lived in was cruel, especially seeing how Tora had a nice 5gal, so I also got Quin a new home!

BTW Thought you'd like to know I lost Basil last week
I thought we were doing OK, he seemed to get over the finrot or whatever it was and was healing up well and then suddenly he went overnight, must have been stressed too far

very nice bettas. I have the same boat ornament as you! (wilkos right!?)
mrbumblebee: I'm so sorry to hear about you losing Basil, i know how much you cared for him. But you did all that you could and even though you only had him for a short while he had a better life with you that with someone else that might not have know how to care for him. 
Yup Tora's tank has the wilkos boat and submarine which both he and the cories love to hide inside and play round, when I was planning on getting tora as my first ever betta I spent ages looking for “Betta safe” ornaments and Wilkos was the godsend not only cheap but both the boat and the sub have no rough edges or sharp parts (unlike most of the other ornaments in the pet stores or LFS)
*Whisper* Also Quinn’s tank is from Wilkos (it's the goldie tank in the black box-a death trap to some unlucky goldie but betta paradise!) Just don't tell Quin how cheap it was!

i thought it was a crowntail but couldn't really tell cos it wasn't flareing
