can someone please give me some advice? bought a new goldfish for my pond and she is now full of eggs and i havent a clue about breeding. are the eggs already fertilised? when will she lay them? etc. any help at all will be appreciated

I'm no expert on fish.. lol but I'm almost 100% positive that the eggs are not fertilized yet. From what I've read they don't get fertilized till after she squeezes them out and the male will fertilize them. As for the other.. I have no clue.. That's the only thing I know. LOL... but I'm learning.

Right. They're not fertilized till the male does it outside her body. How do you know she's full of eggs? It could be a problem besides eggs, like sever constipation or a bacterial infection (internal).
