I have very hard water, I and I am concerend it will hurt my fish. She seems okay now, but who knows what is building up in her? Is there a way to fix hard water?

It all depends on how hard it is....
REally hard water is thought to curtail breeding and such. Some think it may impact growth. That is 350ppm and over.
Goldfish can and do live well and long in hard water, though. Sometimes you can do a whole bunch of harm by trying to change the hardness of the water and not keeping it steady and consistant.
REdoing water parameters can be a rather persnickity thing to do. It is always better and easier to just deal with the water you have.
That said - yes, you can adjust the hardness of water. You do this my mixing your water with water that is much softer. RO filtered water, DI water or even distilled water has basically no gH - so if you mix it with your hard water, it will bring the hardness down. You are going to have to test test test test test, to make sure that what you mix matches each and every time, though.
