Those are some nice pictures of your pond! You've really done a good job I wish I could come visit and see it in person. I'm sure your fish are happy with all that space.

Scott

BTW how's the sick ones?

Wow, that looks great!! I am glad the fish are in their new home now. smile.gif I bet they're loving it, too!

thanks guys....yes fish love all the space especially my big comet!

the sick ones are improving well...i received the myaxzin i ordered and am doing a 5 day treatment and i can see massive improvements already...seems better stuff than the anti-ulcer! i'm hoping they should make it into the pond sometime soon...fingers crossed!

biggrin.gif Loved your common and watching the three new ones escape into the pond. They are all lovely fish. You've come quite far.How happy you must feel.By the way,I happened to like the cover.Although none of them are "pretty" to look at,I liked the style of yours.Continued success. smile.gif

Thanks Devs! yes the net frame hasn't turned out too bad at all and i can still see the fish through it when i look out first thing in the morning! the only down side is i've had to make the choice not to have any plants that come up above the water surface just to keep things simple with taking the netting frame on and off daily.

I'm soooo pleased to have it all finished, and it's funny because usually i'm constantly on the go doing something but since the fish went in, i've found myself just going and sitting out with them watching them and giving them wee tip bits of food...it's soooooooo relaxing just watching them! i'd recommend a pond to everyone! heartpump.gif heartpump.gif heartpump.gif

i finally got my two shubunkins blu & spot in the pond tonight! unfortunately i haven't got any pics as my camera went for a swim in one of the quarantine tanks the other night krazy.gif

you's may remember blu had quite a bad ulcer, well he's now 100% recovered, i can't even see any scaring which is really good! they seem very pleased to get into the pond and are swiming about like mad! LOL!

i did a pond water change tonight before they went in and as i use an electric vacuum i decided to net fudge and put him in a bucket of pond water while i was emptying as he's brown and can be dificult to see... you may remember he survived a jump out of his quarantine tank and then a few days later decided to get himself stuck up the gravel vac tube... well while we were standing beside him in the bucket tonight he decided to jump out again onto the decking...Mad Fish!!!! stars.gif i do think he's just a jumper as he's appears healthy and active and feeds well... i just can't take my eye's off him hah.gif
Scott
OH wow! I am so glad to here that Blu has made a full recovery! I imagine Blu & Spot are excited to get into a larger space.
Well when you get a water proof (lol) camera you'll have to get some pics for us.

i sure will!! the camera is in pieces drying out and if we find it won't work, i'll get a replacement very soon!

Hi Jamoko,

Just found this thread. Your pond looks great! I love the style... I've always liked formal ponds in small gardens.

Excellent job! exactly.gif

Could you please give me a link to those plants you bought. It seems pretty cool how they come out of a box and you watch them grow. I only have 2 plants right now for my pond in construction and would like to take a look at these.
