Are Mystery Snail compatible with goldfish?
If yes...are there any precaustions i should be aware of.

in my experience yes, but I've never read anything about the subject. I've had a black mystery snail in my goldfish tank before and it worked well.
Just make sure it gets enough to eat. Goldfish are very competetive eaters. I usually throw an algae wafer in every few days to make sure the snail gets some food of his (?) own.

Generally yes they are. The only thing you really need to watch out for is the snails tenticles, goldies tend to nip at them but not all goldies do.

Oooooh... I didn't know that! Hopefully my snail (we call him? Huge for a reason) is big enough that he gives my goldies pause before they nip. I haven't noticed any shorter than normal tentacles, but I'll keep an eye out
