TetraPond Pondtex Liner 4 x 6m Roll £119.90

The Blurb about it...

Tetra Pondtex Liners
Pondtex is the revolutionary new pond liner made from Xavan, the newly patented material from DUPONT (the Lycra people)

And it's utterly unlike any other pond liner on the market.

Exclusively from TetraPond
No pond lining material is stronger
Much lighter, so easy to install (and transport)...also retains flexibility when cold.
Pondtex is supple and thinner, improving pond installation and landscaping (no ugly pleats or folds), moulding like a second skin to the bottom of the pond.
Proven 3 times more tear resistant than butyl liners that are twice as thick.
Will not rot or deteriorate and has a UV resistance 6 to 7 times better than butyl or polythene liners.
Lasts a lifetime with a genuine 25 year guarantee.

thanks

Thanks...have a lot more digging to do to add depth, then the grass is going and i'm continuing the slate chippings over the grass area and removing some of the bamboo poles. I'm taking the pond one step at a time, so won't be adding fish for quite a while yet!

Dupont usually makes quality product, so it's probably going to work out fine.

That's a great location for a pond.

Have fun,

Thanks everyone, yes i'll be taking lots of pics along the way and asking for plenty of advice too! have loads of soil/rubble to take to the dump and as it's raining here i'll likely not get anymore done till sunday or so!

From what I've read Xevon is supposed to be the best liner out now. Much better than the 45 mil epdm (which is what I have).

Your on the right track! Looks like it's in a good spot as well.

Finally the weather has dried up again! had to bail about a foot of water out before i began a rather muddy dig! i'm now down to just over 2ft at the deepest point so another foot to go in the center!

here's a pic of progress so far... very boring view at present but once the liner starts to go in (hopefully within the next few days) there will be more to look at! in the mean time i've fot to finish the digging tomorrow and have loads of trips to make to the dump with all the soil!!
