Hiya, I had already started this thread in the UK section before i found this section. sorry. however, i figure hopefully i'll get a variety of responses (UK, USA etc).
anyways, i have a small tank (6gal, with 2 baby fantails, i know far too overstocked, am sorting it out in 2 months when i move house and will have room for a bigger tank, stupid lfs said they'd be fine!! )
Anyway, in my tank is a small anubias, been living there for a few weeks. I was just wondering if the nitrates/nitrites etc that occur naturally in the tank are enough for my plant to thrive? Or should i use Flora Boost to give it some help??
The treatment says "essential, nitrate free aquarium plant food"
Anyone else used this product? or anything similar? good/bad points???
thanks
Kat x
