One of our goldfish has lost use of tail and is not able to surface for last few days. Does not appear to be sick/can eat when he can get to food/appears alert. Any suggestions

Could you please fill in as much of the red box as you can above. If you dont ahve test kits then take a sample of water to your pet store and ask them to test it for you if they can. Get them to erite down the values so you can post them back here.
