Well as Devs has said in your other post that is now locked, the fish are suffereing from poor water. you will need to do water changes to bring this under control. I assume this is the same tank that you are having problems with that you are posting under the name Blackmoor101010101?
I thought that you wanted this username deleted? What is up with using it again?

Please delete blackmoor instead I really like this name. Anyways yes it is the same 10 gallon tank. I found my beautiful sherif dead...

I guess the goldfish goddess hates me, but anyways I have been doing some research and I have found that because my tank is cycling, by doing water changes I am restarting the cycle all over again... is that true???

There is no "Goldfish Goddess".Plain and simple-your fish have certain needs and requirements. If you're not following through with those, yes, your fish will die.
When cycling a tank-you have to do the water changes to keep Toxic Levels down.It is a slow process unless you kick start it from another tank, but something that has to be dealt with ,to get to the Nitrate and "Cycled" stage.

As Devs said, you cannot restart your cycle by doing water changes, but if you change out your filter cartridges and media too often you can. So I was just going to add something i did not know at first, and that is not to change your filter cartridges and media unless they are absolutely falling apart. If the floss or sponge gets too clogged up you can rinse them carefully in tank water (like when you;ve removed old water to change it) or with dechlorinated clean water. But using tap water (which has chlorine) will kill the beneficial bacteria that keeps your cycle going. The filter manufacturers will recommend that you change them poften, monthly or even weekly, but if that is all you have to capture beneficial bacteria, you are better to leave them alone.
So to sum up, leave your filters alone while you are cycling and things will go much faster! And listen to the people here about the water changes, with nitrites that high I can't believe your fish are still alive at all. I hope you are able to get the water under control soon.

While a tank is cycling you have to test it everyday and do water changes accordingly. Until the tank is cycled you have to keep the ammonia and nitrites under 0.25. Leaving enough nitrates to keep going. This shouldn't be a problem for you for your tap water already has nitrates in it. When cycling this makes things easier, however once the tank gets cycled then keeping the nitrates under 40 will be your goal......not an easy task. If you are overstocked this will be impossible. Really, you are going to have to keep the tank with only 1 fish in it, if you want to have a live fish.
Overstocking the tank leads to poor water and high nitrates once that tank is cycled.
Hopefully you can down size the amount of fish you have.
Koko is the only person to delete your username, so until then DO not post under both. I don't know if she'll get the message to leave this one and delete the other, for we have already told her to delete this one. She just has not had time. I will post about you keeping this one, but if she deletes it you'll have to use the other.

Okay, but I keep on doing water changes like every week, but last week I did 3 times a week, and still everything but the ph lvl went down and the ph lvl went down cause I bought the medicine.

I am not sure if you fully understand the cycling process and when to do a water change. If you could help me to better understand what you know, I think that would help.

Please, as Laurie says, let us know what you do not understand.
As in your other posts, we have tried to emphasize you need to perform multiple water changes in ONE DAY. Not just 3 water changes in a week....but maybe three water changes in ONE DAY to get those levels at an acceptable level.
