I bought a 125 gallon tank, stand, lights, filter, gravel, driftwood, etc for $150. (which also included 10 cichlids and 3 goldfish). My question is about the filter. It is a Tetratec PF500 (which is for a 100 gallon I know!). Has anyone had one and does it work well? I read on one website that they were not very happy with it and that the motor constantly siezed up. Any comments? Any major troubles?

I have no experience with Tetratec filters. But I do know that even two Tetratec PF500's is inadequate filtration for a 125 gallon tank.
