I misread the "Best way to Disinfect" post incorrectly. I put everything non-porous in the tank and put in PP. I stirred the mixture until all was purple, but I had also put my pump/filter in the tank (125 gallon). The water stayed purple the whole time. After the 4 hours I re-read the post just to make sure that I was doing everything correctly and to see how much peroxide I was suppose to add and I saw that my pump was suppose to be running!!! Does it matter that I didn't have circulation? Am I still disinfected or do I have to do it again with circulation??

No - the PP will work on anything it is in contact with.

I have the circulation going simply because I am extremely lazy and cannot easily get all the parts of the filter INTO the tank. If you can get all the parts in contact with the PP for the alloted time, then all is good.
