how often do you give your goldfish treats? is a few times during the weekend enough?

I give treats every time I clean their tånk, to show them theve been good, either that or maybe every weekend. There are lots of treats availible on the market,

I have a whole tin of tubifex cubes you stick onto the side of the glass, and I feed them on it once a day. Besides that, I use tetrafin goldmedal as a staple once a day aswell.
