can goldfish eat english peas out of the cann once it is cooked???

I only use frozen peas boiled for about five minutes. I leave them cool down, take off the skin, mush them and in they go....yum yum!
I'm scared to use any tinned products as they add lots of sugars. I'm sure some people do after giving them a good rinse, I don't know.

Peas from a tin generally contain a fair amount of salt, which is used in the processing. This is not really the best for the fish.
Frozen peas or fresh peas are better.

you can get canned peas if you wish, but make sure it specifically states NO SALT and NO SUGAR. Just look in the ingrediants. If it says -----> ingrediants: peas, water then your set to go! Frozen peas is probably better though because you can take them from the bag as you need them and not have to open a whole can.
