so Blackie was offically pronounced a male last year when i saw the breeding stars clearly for the first time (i had an opaque tank for awhile and thought the white dots i saw from top-view was fungus!)

so another year has passed and Blackie has the stars again. and ALOT this time. last time he had like 3 pimples....this year, maybe 6 on one fin! he's had them for weeeeks now. month or more. how much longer will they last? he's all by himself in a 20gal tank....so i'm not concerned about bullying or anything of that sort. but just out of curiosity.....

Cute fishy!!!

My Johnny got his stars over the summer, and he still has em. I think it differs from fish to fish. I've heard some have them all the time, and others they come and go.
