Current stocking of 30 gallon

1 male german ram
rasboros
neons
glowlights
2 adf's
black phantom tetras

Wondering if I bought 2 smaller type of gouramis if they would get along with the fish in the tank.

How many fish do you have of each species? It seems like another fish would be pushing it

You are at your limit and if you cant quarantine a new fish then I wouldnt risk adding another straight in. You could at a push with good filtration add a dwarf gourami.

When I buy a better filter then I will consider maybe adding a new fish. And yes I would quarantine it before adding it to the tank. Might take a while to be able to get a filter that I like and is better than the one I have. It is good for 30 gallon tanks, so I will have to get one that is good for a larger tank so better filtration. I knew I needed one but it looks like the air pump is going so will have to get one on Monday.
