I don't think it needs more, and the little bowl is a great idea (wish i read that tip BEFORE i bought the guppy trap...so much money for so little plastic!)

My breeder trap didn't even work! The fry were able to swim right back up through that grate and the female at my entire first batch of fry That was quite sometime back though. I use the trap to seperate the fry I catch in the main tank still though. The fry at least can't get out of the side slots!

That's a nice looking tank, by the way I like how the gravel turned out!

But I had to laugh when I saw it though. I will try to post a pic of my betta/snail tank later today to explain why but until I do I have to say your tank pactically mirrors mine. I have the same exact gravel and the same multi color cave looking things. I thought they went well together, kind of a 70's retro thing. And I have this little stump log looking thing with plants that look like yours as well.

And your fish look wonderful also!

Correct me if I'm wrong...but I don't think you can enter it in tank of the month now. The rules for fish is that you can't enter a picture of your fish that you have already posted somewhere on the forum. Tanks don't change much inbetween photos so the one you enter will look almost exactly like the one you posted on the forum.

I'm not positive here though, if you take another picture and save it for the contest, maybe it will work. Anyone have any input?

Sorry Dean,you can't use your Siggy pic either.It has to be a pic that noone has seen.The only thing that I can tell you is to move the decorations around and try and make it look somewhat different,and then take some more pics,and Don't show us!!! E-mail it to Koko.

okay! thanks! I am not going to do it! I mean you just win something from the koko store, so if she has a test kit then i might try but i do not think she has a test kit!

i love my fish but i think i might sell them all except maybe three, the black molly, pink catfish, and the guppy!

They might help me get back on my feet for when i buy the test kit, and then when i get another batch!
