Progold is chawked full of protein, it is! You can try it, but my fish spit it out!

Believe it or not Hikari Oranda Gold has more protein. Thats what i feed my GF.

Its not all to do with the amount of protein but the quality of the protein, and which amino acids the foods contain.
Both hikari goldfish foods, and progold have a good amino acid profile, wheras tetras foods do not have as desirable amino acid profile and they contain lower quality highly processed protein sources.

Not to mention that tetra foods unlike hikari's and progold, contains ethoxyquin which is carcinogenic. <_<

If anyone wants Progold and has no means to order online, you can do it through the mail with a money order. I contacted Rick at Goldfish Connection and he told me that I could send him a money order along with a paper stating what I want. Wow Koko, is there a particular reason that you have

I'm only wondering if you are not happy with
