Looking for something to eat brown algea. Would there be a kind of snail that is good for the job. my chinese algea eater won't touch it.

snails wont help you with that, your only weapon against brown algae is elbow grease

Yep, elbow grease. Or just leave it.
I hated my brown algae at first but then it gave the look of "old world" to the rocks and plants. I came to like it.

I scrub mine off with a soft sponge before doing a water change.
