My tank is now starting to show some nitrates banana.gif . Its seems like its been forever since I started cycling but now I'm almost done. Hopefully it'll be done by this weekend when I go home so I can get a newfish.gif . I can hardly wait biggrin.gif

Now, I've still got to figure out what I'm going to put in my ten gallon once my loach is better. He'll be occupying it in about a week so I can give him the TLC that he needs to get well enough to live with the goldies agian.

Yippee!!

How long did it take ya?

About three weeks. I had a filter going it though from a tank that was cycled but I had a minor problem about half way through and I thought I lost the cycle but I guess I didn't completely loose it biggrin.gif

Hi there,

How many gallons is your tank? I've cycling a 40g and would like to hear your experience. Was it a fishless cycle?

Thanks,

S~
