Hey guys, I was just wondering if I could add a snail in with my betta? smile.gif

My betta is in a six gal tank with a filter and a heater. I thought I would add one of the snails I got online 10 days ago but wanted input first. exactly.gif

Let me know what you think.

Thanks.

blink.gif The thing that I've found out with Betta's,is that they all react differently. I've had Betta's who bit the Antenna's off,and I've had them totally ignore them after the initial meeting.A 6 gal. tank is a decent enough sized tank,so maybe give it a try.I'm sure that the Betta won't be thrilled at first-they never are.Just keep an eye on him and make sure that he's not attacking him. blink.gif

smile.gif Thanks Devs! I'll give it a try later this morning after my pot of coffee gets me fully awake.

Should size matter here? Do I try a smaller snail or a bigger one? I have eight snails in my snail tank that range a little bigger than a pea all the way to walnut size.

I'd probably put in one of the bigger ones.I was just remembering a Betta that use to actually kill all of my Ramshorns in the tank blink.gif
