I just have to vent a little. Every now and then I watch our neighbors 4 year old son to make a little extra cash. A couple of months ago they bought a female betta for him. At first they took good care of her but lately they have been slacking off. Well this morning when I was over there I mentioned that her water looked like it needed changing. Well the kids dad told me that their tired of the fish and that he's going to flush it. I was like OMG! There is nothing wrong with it! So of course I wasn't going to let that happen so guess who she lives with now?

I had to do some rearranging to make room for her but it was worth it. She's just a little plain blue female. Here name was Blue but I'm going to call her Bellatrix to go with Narcissa (harry potter).

I'll post a photo later.

P.S. Thanks for all your compliments on Siam. He is a cool color.

biggrin.gif I think she's a beautiful blue, and hoorah for you for rescuing her. It's still so hard to believe that people still think about disposing fish so easily... sad.gif Anyway,I'm glad you saved her. heartpump.gif

Almost makes you wish you cold flush THEM down the toilet while they are still alive and see how they like it.... *shakes head*
