Welcome Lisa!

There are tons of threads in this section that will help answer all your questions quickly. There are also gel food recipes and tips on how to heat and serve veggies. You can get live food at most any pet store. Good luck with your fishies! biggrin.gif

Pellets are a great alternative to flakes. Please make sure you soak both the flakes and the pellets before giving them to your fish.

Zucchini is also fabulous. Peel it, blanch it for a bit, let it cool and give to your fish.

Oranges are wonderful. Your tank will smell great afterwards!

Peas are highly recommended. At least once a week. Frozen peas which are thawed and deshelled...squish them up in your fingers and feed!

As mentioned, most pet stores will sell the frozen brine shrimp, frozen blood worms, etc etc.
