I wouldn't recommend them. In my experience they seem to be sensitive, and can pick on other fish. Others might have had better experiences with them.

I wouldn't try it.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe angelfish need warmer temps than goldfish. Also, I believe they have different ph requirements.
There are some experienced angelfish keepers here, so maybe one of them will come by and give you some expert advice.

Angels are sensitive to the fish they are kept with and should really be kept with peaceful fish. Im not saying goldies arent peaceful but they do tend to be too active for angelfish and angels water temp is around 80f.

That is one good reason why it's important to research fish before you buy them.Maybe a lesson can be learned by this.

Couldn't you have at least found him a new home or brought him to a petstore?

Actually I was very young at that time.... that's why I've done it... If it were to happen now than I will know waht to do... come to think back it's a bad thing ..I know.... But I've already done it.... so ... I buy another angelfish to care and feed to trying to repent from what I've done....

Unfortunately,we all make mistakes at one time or another-whether accidently,or on purpose. The good thing is when we learn from those mistakes.Hopefully you sound like you have learned.

This might be a dumb question. But why can't you flush the dead ones, if they are small?

because everything that you flush will end up in the sea / rivers / lakes. in these places you will find many many other fish. by flushing one dead one, you un the risk of infecting hundreds of these fish with whatever your fish died from

That's what I think too. If the water and all that human waste didn't get treated in a water plant, I dont think anything could live in it in the first place

Besides...if that was true, wouldn't flushing a dead fish be as bad as doing a water change on an ill fish?

There would be a lot of problems if the water wasn't treated. Don't some of the people who live in the country have their own septic system? I don't think that waste goes to the sea.
