Had to move my 30 gallon tv tank. That meant emptying most of the water, leaving a little for the plants, rug being installed in living room. Put the fish with some of the tank water in a plastic tub with all the equipment. Transferred them back in the tank, ending up with a 100% water change, did not want to use water from the tub. I lost 2 danios and one of my favorite rasboros. Lost 2 last summer when smaller tank broke, so now left with only 2 rasboros. Tank looking empty. Going to get a few more fish sometime this week. Right now sick with flu. Thankfully did not lose Romeo, my German Ram. Will be getting 2 females for him also.

have some plants in there but want to get some more, just don't like the way it looks. Need to get 2 or 3 of the same type and group them together or something, cause right now spread evenly in tank and just doesn't look right.

Romeo, that is the ram's name, did have a female in my 20 gallon before changing it to green spotted puffer tank. Female died. She did lay eggs many times with no success. Maybe with 2 females we will have a chance but I think because of hard water it would be hard to do.

Not the only problem, one of my new imbellis betta would not eat, he seemed to be swimming around the tank sad and lost. Put in a decoration with holes and he started swimming through it right away and then put in some bloodworms for all the bettas for a treat. He went crazy and ate them all. I guess that is what I am going to have to feed him from now on. Will have to make sure to give him peas once a week so he doesn't get constipated. Now he is full and happy.

Not fun, only one who can take care of fish and being sick. Seems like they are all my babies and I am the only one they depend on. Right now I feel like ill.gif . Had to move tanks back in frontroom and fill them up again which took forever, day after rug was installed.

Don't have anytime for myself. I guess that is what happens when you have a whole bunch of pets.

The thing is I got the flu shot and the only flu out there that is NOT covered by the shot is the one that is going around and getting everyone sick. My son has it and my mom has it. Doesn't help, me and my son have asthma so get sicker, longer and mom being older it hit her hard also. Hope to be feeling better soon. Felt HORRIBLE last night, got a few hrs sleep, I am the kind of person when I am burning up with fever and felt like I got hit by a truck, I can't sleep like some people can, when they are sick. That sucks big time.

Aww, sorry about the fishies, and I hope you feel better soon! I have had cronic asthma all my life and it's terrible when you get sick with something nasty. I luckily have avoided all the flus (I never bother with the shots... Everybody I know who gets them catches the flu every time -_- LoL) recently. Grr, I had chicken pox about 10-15 years or so ago and it took a full month for me to get better because the illness triggered my asthma and I was having constant attacks. *sigh* It's miserable -_-

Hope you and your family are better soon! sad.gif
