I'm new at this so please excuse the repeated question, how many times a week should i feed my orandas peas and how about feeding them baby food peas?

Feed them peas once a week and then one day a week give them a treat like brine shrimp or veggies like zucchinni. Check out the list of foods that you can give them on here or on the net, you would be surprised what you can give them, like oranges or bananas. Give them a variety of food. Only feed them frozen that have been unthawed and squished, no baby food peas or canned peas, not good for them.

Actually, some people here use baby food veggies when they make their gel food - baby food is fairly free from preservatives. I would think feeding it straight would be a bit messy!!
De-shelled peas once a week should be fine, you can do it more than that if you find they really like them. I use frozen peas, I just let them defrost and pop the shells off, then mush it into 2-4 smaller bits. Depending on how big your orandas are, I would think you should give 1 or 2 peas each.

Really once a week? Wow, i didnt know that.
I usually warm my peas up, pop the shells and crush them.

Yes I only use peas 1-2 days a week, following a day of fasting. They sure eat them up.
Baby food peas have been used in gel foods. But I think that just putting a bit in the tank without using it in a gel would be gross for the water.
