Is it ok to put green flageolet beans in gel food? I have a tin of them in the cupboard and just wanted to check they were ok before I made a huge batch of food.

Most canned food contains too much salt to be fed to goldfish. Please look at the nutritional information on the can and if it contains more than 100 mg of sodium per serving don't add this to your gel food.
