A friend wants to make me a few orniments for our tanks, but needs to know what's safe to use and what's not. She mentioned resin especially as being desireable to use - but unsure what may leach into the water. Does anyone know about this?

Hmm, should i word this differently? Is it okay to use most plastics in an aquarium? Ceramic? Anybody know?

From what I've read on the DIY section, if it's food safe, then the ceramics are fine. As far as plastics, I don't know...
