do you really need a bubbler?ive seen a few tanks that have them.im just wonderin'

they are not a 'must' but i would consider them a valuable extra.
i have them in all my tanks, the fish like them.
GF i beleive do better with added oxygen in the water.

It adds oxygen to the water....
And, the fishy make like it. I know mine like to swim up and down the bubbles!

I agree, not only does it add extra oxygen, some fish seem to play in the bubbles. Hey whatever floats their boat!!!

I agree I've always had bubblers with my fish. The fish seem to enjoy it and I think it really does benefit the quality of the water

To me it's not only a valuable extra, it's almost a necessity, especially with goldies.

As well as agreeing with all of the above. My boys love their bubbles it also looks beautiful too.

yeah the only thing i dont like about bubles is that when i hide that green tube thats conacted to that buble maker i have to clean it like evry 3rd day:(
