Okay, the python is just not my style and I want to return it. How do I go about doing this? I've already opened and attempted to use it, but I'm pretty sure they have some sort of guarentee. How do I return it?

Where did you buy it from? I would try there first since that is going to be the easiest route. If not, you can try contacting the company at Info@PythonProducts.com or call them at 414-355-7000

Not sure if that will work, but that is what I would try!

Thanks smile.gif They have this warrenty card that looks like I need to fill out that came in the bag. I'm so completely helpless, maybe I should call them lol. I got it from petsmart

Petsmart has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all there products--no questions asked. At least that's what the guy told me when he was selling me my tank, filter, etc.

Good luck.

Really? I just looked at my recipt and I bought it the 23rd. I still have a few more days!!! Does it matter if Its already opened and used? Its just too complicated for me. Or does there have to be something wrong with it? Do I just try and shove everything back in the bag?

Just take it in and explain you tested it on a bucket of clean water.

That you couldn't get it to work, so you want to return it.

As far as I know you can return it for any reason. The guy told me (I was buying a tank and filter kit) that if I got it home and didn't like it I could bring it back--even if I had it set up and running and decided I didn't want it.

I think they'll take it back without a problem.

Good luck.

(I would bring all the packaging that you have along with the Python and all it's parts.)

I returned it with no problems smile.gif I got a happy little gravity syphon inseatd heartpump.gif
