[COLOR=blue] Just read on this forum of using clove oil and water to put sick fish to rest in heaven. Is this better than using ice cubes in water or iced cold water for them to be put to sleep?

Clove Oil.
Dont use Ice Water or put them in the freezer
Their tropical so they wont die piecefully.

i agree. use the clove oil. Im sooo sorry you have to do this. Ive had to do it in the past, and its always painful.

clove oil, never use ice water for any type of fish, even coldwater.

What do you do with the cloveoil method? I'm familiar with the freezer - had to do that to 2 goldies. ;_;
