How can i get my black moores to eat vegies they seem not to care about it, i tired lettus and oranges. anything else.

Blanched zucchini are a hit.
Blanched anything is good. What'ya got in the frig?

As Kissy said, peas are a great choice - just buy a bag of the frozen ones and take out 1 or 2 per fish, rinse 'em in some tank water and pop them out of the shells.
My little guy likes grapes (the insides, no skin), tomatoes (again, just the insides, no skin or seeds), banana, cucumber (but only if its thinly sliced so he can bite it), avocado.... and I think that's all I tried....
He won't eat lettuce or carrots.

You can get a veggie clip from the lfs, and use those. It is most likely they are use to a food being in a certain place, shape and this is strange to them. Keep at it they'll get the hang of it.
Another trick you can try is fasting them a day or so, that way they are really hungry.
