Are chick peas ok to feed goldfish? Do they react in the same way as regular peas do? Help constipation?

I'm interested as well. Chick peas are also called garbanzo beans if anyone has info. They are really a type of bean, not pea. (think..)

I don't think I would try it. I mean, Kissy is right, they are beans, so I don't think its good for them. That is my gut reaction

Goldfish aren't suppose to have beans? I thought they were ok. Why can't they eat them?

Wouldn't the beans give the fish gas just like they can give us?

Yeah, that is what I was thinking on the gas thing. Like I said, I'm not 100% sure on it, but my instinct would be not to give it to them.
