Yesterday I was offered a beautiful sea tutrle, Do you think theyd be compatable with goldfish?

Besides, I would think that any turtle would see a goldfish as a tasty treat.

I think he means an aquatic turtle. At least I HOPE lol. Seaturtles only make good pets at public aquariums. Aquatic turtles aren't very fish compatible because fish are their main diet

I hope that turtle finds a nice home.

I remembered a few weeks ago someone posted a thread about how a turtle in a koi pond in his school decided that one of the kois looked good enough to eat and feasted on it

Oh, geez!

I'm sorry! I think I did mean aquatic, those little ones? I googled them and saw their extensive eating habbits, maybe they arent right for me just yet.

LOL well they all start out small and whether they are sea turtles or aquatic turtles they dont go with goldfish either way

Lol. Its just a little blue fake turtle in my bettas bowl. He is rather attached to that thing now, wont eat unless its in there...
I need to get some new pictures of the betta anyway. And the hermit crabs. And tim the ryukin. And the new goldfish...
Ok, I have a lot of pictures to take. x.x

dya mean one of those really cute ones with the little snouts? greyish colour, they arent very big

they are freshwater, theres one in blue reef aquarium.. they have it in a tank with archer fish and puffers.. brackish? i saw one in a lfs too the store were turtlesitting while the owner was on holiday

actually id say theyd be alright with goldies as they werent attacking the archer fish and green puffers.. as long as its im a big tank.. say.. erm 50-60 gals plus, depending on amount of goldfish... get one!!!
