I was at my LFS tonight and I came home with some beautiful bleeding heart tetras. They are named Albus, Minerva, Filius, and Remus. They all live in my planted ten gallon with my betta and my snails. So far they seem happy. Any advice on keeping them that way? I have a 150gph filter and a bubble wand along with a heater (the tank is 75 degrees) and it's cycled.

Ohh....watch them like a hawk. The bigger tetras such as bleeding hearts can be very nippy, and they might attack your betta :\

i agree, they can find it very tempting to nip at bettas fins. smile.gif
congrats on the new fishies though smile.gif

Oh no. So far they seem to be getting along alright. They hide in the plants on one side of the aquarium and my betta in plants on the other so maybe they won't have any turf wars. But I will make sure to keep an eye on my betta.
