Hi,I've heard a few member's having good luck with five females in a ten gal.tank.
Get them all at the same time and put them in the tank at the same time. This works best. Provide lots of hiding spots and some plants. The thing is,to watch them really well for the first few days together. You may see some normal "pecking",until they establish who ranks where, but that shouldn't create a problem as long as you do go with lots of plants,etc-so that they each have their own space to go to.Until then, look out for any nasty behavior such as out & out fighting-tail/fin ripping, etc. Should be a beautiful tank, let us know if you go with that. We'll want to see pics!
